Aims

The aim of the company will be to bring forward developments and create a thriving investment climate in the town.

The company will materially support the delivery of up to 6,000 net additional dwellings and not less than 13,000 net additional jobs in the period 2001 to 2021. This includes a target figure of up to 1,650 net additional dwellings and not less than 6,500 new jobs in the town centre.
